Fajitas

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put on rice
  2. Put about 2 Tbsp. of vegetable oil in a large frying pan and heat
  3. Once frying pan is warm, add onion, bell peppers, tomatilloes and/or tomatoes, and fajita seasoning. Cover and sauté until soft.
  4. While onions and peppers are cooking, warm up beans and frozen corn, and shred cheese
  5. Warm tortillas
  6. Serve with salsa
