Miso salad dressing

Adapted from the recipe of Joy Belamarich No-Frills Miso Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1½ tablespoons rice vinegar or distilled vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons white miso
  • ¼ teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional – only if you like sweet salad dressings)

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth, adding a little more vinegar or honey to taste. Feel free to spice it up with sriracha, hot pepper flakes, grated fresh ginger, or even a teaspoon of peanut butter.
