Hedden Family Recipes
Basic herb vinaigrette
Adapted from the recipe of the same name from this book:

Ingredients:
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ½ tsp. fresh lemon juice
- ¾ tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- ¾ tsp. dry mustard
- ¾ cup olive oil
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
Directions:
- Simply combine ingredients and mix.
